GPS on GTA01

Hi Jonas,

since you're doing amazing kernel work on gta01, let me ask
whether you want to have a look into recreating the SD/GPS
software fix that we did for GTA02 (adjusting SD clock
levels and stopping SD clock when idle).

I got some reports with mediocre GPS reception on GTA01 --
someone even applied the hardware fix and it made a difference.

Would you like to have a look at that?
