hmmm, the new (1-31) qi behaves quite funny... 

i have seen some strange sues with it now so i flashed back the 12-18

what i have seen so far (i have no usd inserted.):

it seems to vibrate as is tries to detect partitions and then moves on
to nand... perhaps?

sometimes it doesn't recognize nand and stops after second vibration

i had an occasion where it would continuously vibrate every about 2
seconds. this went on for at least 7 times. battery out helped.
