nand createbbt is mainly for initializing the device. So it only checks
for the factory-bad blocks and puts them into the BBT. We're not supposed
to see worn-out blocks already at the factory ;-)

It's possible, it's just never been done so far. Not erasing followed
by nandwrite -m is an evil combination ...

Anyway, my plan is to hack a NAND badness dumper. That will tell if
a device can be safely "scrubbed". For those that can't, a bit more
work is needed.
