Does Gta03-kernel (linux 2.6.24) not support S3C6400 ?

There is no 2.6.24 sc364xx kernel.  Use andy-tracking / 2.6.29.

Do not build for GTA03 config but SMDK6400 config if that's what you're
running on.

Confirm your kernel commandline esp console=
