PLL & clock settings on GTA02: u-boot vs. qi

Just an add-on:

I my opinion increasing memory clock would benefit the systems speed even
more than CPU clock. Anyway FCLK and HCLK are coupled in whole
numbers......have to take a deeper look into datasheet!
