[PATCH 0/2] Build fixes for compiling GTA02 only

Building only the machine GTA02 and thus only enable CPU_S3C2442 led to loads of 
warning: "__LINUX_ARM_ARCH__" is not defined

With the patches of this series we can disable all machines (including GTA02 with S3C2440) except GTA02! I know this is not a dragon but I feel I slew an ogre... ;-)
