I am working on a minimal mach-gta02.c that we can try to get upstream,
as a "user" for the other bits and bobs we will send in.

Harald wrote this patch and it's part of the unattributed mokopatch
layer of patches from the svn time.  I only know he wrote it (but I
could guess) because I googled it and saw the name turn up with the
laforge ID.

As the commit log says, no s3c2442B can boot without this patch, so we
will need it upstream before the general mach-gta02.c stuff.

Any issue getting this moved into Arm linux tree?
