[PATCH 00/14] Dependency fixes and cleanup

Hi everybody,

with the current patch series we now survive an "allnoconfig" build.
Furthermore there are some small cleanups of the s3c244[02] Kconfig
and mach-gta02.c file.

I tested the result and it builds allnoconfig, gta02-packaging_defconfig
and my custom config. Additionally it still boots my config. :-)

Note: This also might fix Openmoko Bug #2239, but I didn't test.
