Well I think it explains it, this 2.6.28 thing is quite old and is a
long way from "latest andy-tracking".

andy-tracking HEAD should work fine with current Qi for this, unless we
trashed something.

But it leaves a bit of a pickle, Qi is doing the right thing now, but
the older kernels don't do the right thing as well, so it's messed up.
