Looks like the it doesn't parse the extended partition table
correctly... but there's a limit of 8 partitions per SD Card according
to top of drivers/mmc/card/block.c  Or, maybe there's something funky
about your partition table.

We just select PC BIOS / MS DOS partition support, it should be enough
for extended partitions AFAIK.
