Thanks, I stuck these on proposed.

I let it have a history for now but in fact it needs a shadow branch
somehow to generate the topic patches to actually send, there most of
the history will be gone.  Just mentioning it so you're not surprised to
eventually see the contributed patches absorbed for this purpose.  I
will try to add contributors to a topic patch to the cc: list on it if
that's OK.
