We'd have to add a GPIO with a jumper would probably be better.

Using the -append file makes the uSD assert an opinion about which LCM
is hooked up, so it'll make trouble in the end.  IIRC though there're
only two physical new LCMs around at the moment so they're in the
minority and this is much better than no jbt6k74 support.
