Somebody in the thread at some point said:

That patch overwrites system_rev which contains the PCB revision from
the bootloader, so a lot of things that are interested in that fail to
do the right thing any more.

Because I really want that cpufreq for 3D7K I added a workaround patch
on top of the latest version of that

and together with the FIQ fix everything should be back up again, with
the probable exception of bluetooth right now.
