RFC: Merging rtc-pcf50606 and rtc-pcf50633?

I had the same impression the last time I looked at them. So I think
merging them is a great idea.

There's one gotcha, though: the PCF50606 hasn't been submitted for
mainline yet. So the best way to eliminate redundancy would be to
combine this with a mainline submission. The changes needed on the
PCF50633 side would then be part of the PCF50606 submission as well.
