QUILT_NO_DIFF_TIMESTAMPS

Hi all,

just a quick note that I've started to use

export QUILT_NO_DIFF_TIMESTAMPS=1

In the long run, this will help to make changes to our u-boot patches
less noisy (because all the seemingly random date changes vanish), but
for a while it may seem to actually cause even more useless changes.

Just to let you know what's going on.
