First working DFU capable u-boot

Hi!

JFYI: I've just committed (svn REv. 1107) the first 'mostly working but
still lots of known bugs' version of the DFU capable u-boot.

A corresponding host tool has been developed, too (dfu-programmer really
wasn't an option anymore, I wanted something that 100% implemented the
standard, and not a collection of vendor-specific proprietary DFU
kludges): http://svn.openmoko.org/trunk/src/host/dfu-util/

First tests have shown that flashing a new bootloader takes less than
six seconds, flashing a new kernel is about 18 seconds.   I guess this
will really provide the right tool for fast development cycles :)
