Hi Alex,

Sorry for the delay. I've committed your patch, but I have been working
hard on a new libopkg API, which I hope to eventually replace opkg_cmd.c
and friends.

For the moment, opkg-cl still uses opkg_cmd.c, but I hope to change this
in the future. Could you have a look at opkg.c (where the new API is
held) and see what changes are needed to ensure this also does correct
configure ordering?
