Make the .opk as the default file extension

Welcome in the unix world - you can name your files however you want it.

Do you realize that you still can use ipk files ? Openmoko wants to use "opk" 
as extension other can use their preferred extension. AFAIK ".deb" was also 
supported and now opkg supports "opk" as well.

Of couse, Poky and OpenEmbedded are free to choose the packet manager they 
like best. As every other community project Openmoko listens to 
_constructive_ hints to make the code better. I can't see your point - help 
me with that. No need for dramatic scenes. We are here and listen.
