Where not to store lock files

Hey,

strace showed it is saving and storing the lock file in /usr/lib/opkg/lock. 
This is not a wise idea, it is a violation of the fhs[1], also the storage of 
the metadata of installed should be reconsidered. /usr/lib might be on a 
readonly partition in the future... (think of cramfs).
