Somebody in the thread at some point said:
| hello,
|
| on my new (just a few days old) freerunner, I see these messages:
|
| JFFS2 notice: (1045) check_node_data: wrong data CRC in data node at
0x0f4be764: read 0x4ad0d3ea, calculated 0x6d598433.

| mapped channel 10 to 2

| JFFS2 notice: (1045) check_node_data: wrong data CRC in data node at
0x0cf415f8: read 0x6e1251bc, calculated 0x8bf69b79.
|
| this seems to be increasing, now it's one line more than just some hours
| ago.
|
| the problem is, my freerunner keeps freezing. and when there's no PC
nearby,
| I cannot just "ssh freerunner" and reboot the device, so I have to remove
| the accu in order to start it again. I wonder of these are just software
| (filesystem corruption) or real hardware errors?

They're only logical errors I believe. The only way to actually trash
your NAND cells is literally to wear it out by spamming it with high
voltage actions, erase and program.
