Date + NTP

Hello,

i installed th NTP packet.. I set  the date as the wiki says....
so.. now

date -u
Wed Aug  6 04:25:55 UTC 2008

date
Wed Aug  6 04:26:09 UTC 2008


I did export TZ="CDT"


but it seems after, the FR change the TZ again to UTC....
where can I choose my Timezone , and make sure the FR display the "good"
time ?
