Differences between daily builds and Om2008.8

Does the hardware buttons contain any function in
org.openmoko.asu.testing?
AUX should lock the screen, PowerButton should put the neo in suspend.
That does not work in the daily builds.
Does a longer press of the PowerButton shut down the neo correctly?
In the daily builds it just power offs.
