Find *anyone* with a nokia phone, borow the battery for 2 minutes if it's a 
bl-5c (or bl-6c). The bl-5c is found in most nokia phone, it should not be 
that hard to find one. And you only need the battery for initial boot...

Insert nokia battery, boot, connect charger, remove nokia battery, insert 
original battery. Worked for me, even with 'old' software.
