on the working neo of my friend:

not listed on both neos

| what gives modprobe g_ether?

on the NOT working:
# /sbin/modprobe g_ether
FATAL: Module g_ether not found.

on the working:
$ /sbin/modprobe g_ether
FATAL: Module g_ether not found.

| do a find /lib/modules -name g_ether\*
| any results?

nothing found on both neos
