[Om2008.x] external speakers still work after headphones being plugged

Om2008.x doesn't change alsa states when the headset is plugged in, but you 
can do it manually.

alsactl -f /usr/share/openmoko/scenarios/headset.state restore

To set it back to using the speaker replace headset.state with 
stereoout.state.
