python-pygame mixer fails

I disabled autostarting of speech-dispatcher few days ago, when I had
problems with audio after suspend, so it is not running. Also suspend
wasn't used - I'm testing it on freshly started system.

Again - other programs (like mplayer, madplay | aplay etc.) are
playing audio well, only pygame.mixer has problems. The same python
app is playing audio on my Debian Sid PC.

It is possible that pygame is compiled without audio support?
