OM2007.2

Lon,
ASU will turn into OM 2008.8
Eventually FSO will turn into OM 2009 or so.
From Openmoko's perspective, it's one 'stream' of images, and we care
a lot about application compatibility. So for example for OM 2008.8,
we want all OM 2007.2 apps to work.
Like tangoGPS.
We want it to be easy for anybody to remove Qtopia from 2008.8
completely, and bring the GTK+ based telephony apps back. Ideally just
a few clicks in the Installer. Uninstall 'Qtopia', Install 'Poky'.
Something like that.
We are not there yet, but any help is appreciated and meanwhile we
continue to work in that direction ourselves.
Best Regards,
Wolfgang
