Vodafone 128k sim not working

Hi...
I'm using 2008.9 (tried repository testing and unstable)
This sim card Vodafone 128k just worked 3/50 times
It works ok with Nokia 6600 and other phones.....
I attached logread when it worked, when dit not worked, some test....

Can u help me?
