Re-registering to GSM network

Hello!
My Freerunner frequently re-registers to my home GSM network.
In Qtextended the message "Searching for network" appears very often. Same
with FSo and other distributions.
Is this something wrong with GPS module in hardware or this is some kind of
software bug?
I checked it with 2 simcards for different networks and it's the same.
Who else experiensing this problem?
