i love that one:
"We hate splash screens. By the time you see it, we want to be done."

It's also a thing i don't like by the OM ... the moving load bar. ..... 
everything that moves on the screen is a waste of CPU time. ... :)
but i think it's more a thread for the community list  then for the 
support list.
