We, the SHR folks, implemented that on our image. You can find it in
http://shr.bearstech.com/shr-testing/images/neo1973/. Please remember
it's not official yet.

Currently, even if you can't specify the behavior you wish, it
suspends only if you're not charging the device, and if there's no
call active.
