[Qt Extended] Call Volume

People I talk to on the phone say that they hear an echo and my voice is
very low. I know others have had the same issues... I you have settings
that work for Speaker and Microphone volume, please post them here...

My settings are currently something like this

Speaker volume
--------------------------------*

Microphone volume
-------------------------*-------

This post suggests to turn up mic and speaker a bit down...but it does
not say how much:
