For sure. MOKO11 fixes the "doesn't resume from 1. suspend after GSM powerup" 
issue.
We recommend flashing MOKO11 using the uSD method described in 
http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/GSM/Flashing#uSD-card_Image
