first: sry for my late reply.
second:
short: delete /etc/panel-plugin.conf
long: cleanup /etc/panel-plugin.conf
in config-dialog changed values are stored in ~/.panel-pluginrc.
when turning off some of these the lines are removed from ~/.panel-
pluginrc
but could get an 'overide' by the previously read /etc/panel-
plugin.conf if they occure there
(in the mentioned src-tarball accidently my own .panel-pluginrc
slipped in as /etc/panel-plugin.conf)
