Something along these lines should work:

- boot into NOR
- connect to the u-boot console on ttyACM*
- dynpart
- dynenv set u-boot_env
- saveenv
- try to boot from NAND. If this doesn't work, boot again from NOR
  and DFU a new u-boot, then boot from NAND again
- DFU kernel and rootfs

You can also do the devirgination procedure with the debug board,
but the NOR approach is less painful.
