i've done that 
sudo route add -host 192.168.0.202 dev usb0
SIOCADDRT: File exists
ssh: connect to host 192.168.0.202 port 22: No route to host 
same ping as well 
wiki also says that it might be bad usb cable i checked with 3 cables with
no luck
