cannot connect to freerunner android

I tried this, but no results:
root at gnubox:~# ifconfig eth2 192.168.0.200 netmask 255.255.255.0
root at gnubox:~# adb kill-server
root at gnubox:~# ADBHOST=192.168.0.202 adb devices
* daemon not running. starting it now *
* daemon started successfully *
List of devices attached
root at gnubox:~# ADBHOST=192.168.0.202 adb shell
error: device not found
