wpa_supplicant + [SIOCGISCAN]: Resource Temporarily not available

I am really sorry for unnecessary mail chains for previous problem "Display not working".

Actually,

I am trying to test EAP-TLS on FR. So when I run

"wpa_supplicant -i eth0  -c /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf -D wext  "

I receive:

Ioctl [SIOCSIWENCODEEXT]: Operation not supported
Ioctl [SIOCSIWENCODEEXT]: Operation not supported
Ioctl [SIOCSIWENCODEEXT]: Operation not supported
Ioctl [SIOCSIWENCODEEXT]: Operation not supported
Ioctl[SIOCGISCAN]: Resource temporarily unavailable

So, is this a problem of incorrect installation of driver?
