[Bug 323] openmoko-dialer does not auto-register to network

This happens ocassionally, the root cause is that gsmd will not react to 
dialer or libgsmd-tool sometimes upon the boot.
The solution is to re-start gsmd manually. 

BTW, openmoko-dialer is designed to not show GUI for the first run. Is this 
what you are complaining?
