Summary: GPS cable can suffer damage when phone is assembled
           Product: Neo1973 Hardware
           Version: GTA01Bv3
          Platform: Neo1973
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: GPS
        AssignedTo: sean_chiang at fic.com.tw
        ReportedBy: philippedeswert at scarlet.be
                CC: buglog at lists.openmoko.org

The cable leading to the gps antenna is damaged in my case. It probably still
works but there could be issues in case you start with a big production run or
over time when the phone is in use. The problem is that the cable connection is
so high (on the antenna) that it runs over the pcb. Here it gets squished by the
top cover, leaving two pressure marks about 5mm apart, which corresponds to the
the pcb retainers on the top cover. I'll try to get pictures soon.
