build and distcheck patch - updated

I updated my previous patch: openmoko-libs-uninstalled.pc.in needed a
modification to link to libmokojournal.la and libgsmd.la (only spotted that
later on a full rebuild).
Checking the patch, I see that I also modified the tests/ Makefile.am to run
the tests via make check.
