[Bug 1079] Dialer does not work - method does not exist

OK, I reproduced it. Then I logged over ssh to Neo and run command:

root at fic-gta01:~$ phone-kit

** (process:1239): WARNING **: Failed to make a connection to the session bus: Failed to execute dbus-
launch to autolaunch D-Bus session

This did not fix the dialer error (clicking couple of times on dial results in displaying the longer error 
message).
