The image shows the artifacts.	Please ignore the right half of the image.  It
is due to wrong pitch.

In the left half, the top 5 lines are clear and readable (blame the camera if
you don't think so :-).  But after them, the the lines are blurry and
unreadable.  There are also lots of white points flashing.

A closer inspection shows that each pixel on the screen is, except where it
should be, flashing at ~100 pixels below.  This is why the top ~100 pixels are
clear, and blurry below the region.

I did the same test on linux-openmoko_2.6.22.5.bb + fbset support patch.  The
artifacts disappear after:

$ fbset.real -pixclock 100000
