It is not difficult to add CIA support for individual repository. Just put
cia_boa.py to tool/ and invoke it in the post-commit-hook. 

However, it's not a easy task to integrate this script into gforge. At least, it
needs to make modification to source code of gforge. For now, my decision is to
customize the script for each hosting projects myself. It should be not
complicate since only project name is needed to change for each project.

Any better suggestion ?
