[Bug 727] user can click in close/close all buttons though there is no open app

To clarify the current situation, it helps usability if unapplicable buttons are
rendered as inactive. "Close all" should be inactive if there are no apps in the
list. "Go to app" and "Close app" should be inactive if no app is selected in
the list.
