same as previous 04-popup.patch but also fixes the keyboards statemachine

This patch introduces a new option for the keyboard.xml file

<thumbmode/>
<options>

If the tag thumbmode is present, then the statemachine of the keyboard will
not auto-repeat keys while they are pressed, but instead show a popupwindow as
an aiming help for the user. The key press will be generated when the User
stops
pressing the touchscreen.
