 Oliver: There is an artificial delay in Qtopia

 Without this and the following patches AT+COPS will be send more early,
 but for some people (with slow sim cards) the addressbook will not be
 imported at all. Forcing to read the addressbook again does not work with
 the current "design" of the Qtopia addressbook code... If you plan to
 rewrite the code in a race free and reliable way ";" is a nice way to
 compose statements, select the phonebook and query in an atomic way.
