  * status:  accepted => closed
  * resolution:  => wontfix


Comment:

 hmm... because opkg will need to check if the package is valid or not, so
 it will try to download. If opkg -test do not do this it will miss some
 use cases.

 -test -noaction  flag means it will not actually
 install/upgrading/uninstall to your system, however it will try to
 download files.

 I will switch this to invalid.
