    [keyboard] Do not create a instance of the virtual keyboard for QTOPIA_NO_VIRTUAL_KEYBOARD is set
        If someone wants to use a none Qtopia keyboard he can disable the Qtopia
        keyboard using this environment variable. It sadly requires a restart of
        Qtopia to do so but is the most easy thing to do for now. In a perfect world
        some shell should select and launch and switch the keyboards...
