    [apmd] Correct the .la file
    Apmd install the .la file but the content was wrong.
    It should remove the STAGING path.

    [autotools] Adding do_install_append() to autotools.bbclass
    This function is used to correct .la files
    
    It will cause problem if a bb file overwrited the do_install function
    but not correct the corresponding absolute path variables in the .la file.
